Led creative direction, creative production, project management, and selected production across Wizkid's Morayo album campaign.

 

Spanning press campaigns, content production, live performances, activations, events, appearances, and day-to-day artist content, the role involved developing creative concepts, shaping visual direction, commissioning and managing creative talent, and coordinating complex cross-functional teams across management, label, PR, marketing, and production.

 

From concept through to delivery, I was responsible for driving high-volume creative output while maintaining consistency and alignment across the wider campaign.

 'Piece of My Heart' Event   London Launch Party and Recording

Creative Direction and Full Event Production for the London launch event celebrating Wizkid and Brent Faiyaz's Piece of My Heart.
 

Led the project end-to-end, developing the creative vision and producing all aspects of the event from concept through to final delivery. Responsible for commissioning and managing all production and content teams, overseeing budgets, timelines, logistics, all parties communication, and creative execution.

Alongside producing the event, I directed the overall experience and content output, ensuring every element was delivered cohesively and aligned with the wider release campaign.

'Kese' Music Video Shoot

The Fashion Awards 2024   Live Performance and Filming

Led the creative direction for Wizkid's performance at the British Fashion Awards 2024, collaborating closely with specialist teams across digital content, lighting, live broadcast, and content capture.
 

Working within the British Fashion Council's existing production framework and technical parameters, I directed the overall visual approach of the performance, overseeing screen content, lighting treatment, live camera language, and behind-the-scenes storytelling to create a cohesive extension of the wider campaign.
 

Acting as the creative lead across all departments, I worked hands-on with each team throughout development and technical rehearsals, refining and aligning every element to deliver a unified experience for both the live audience and broadcast viewers.

 Wizkid x Instagram 'Morayo' Activation  Private Dinner in Lagos

Creative Direction for the Wizkid x Instagram Morayo Private Dinner in Lagos, delivered in collaboration with Meta and Instagram.
 

Responsible for the creative direction and visual cohesion of the experience, translating the Morayo world into a physical environment. Working closely with the Meta and Instagram teams, I guided the venue aesthetic and décor direction, selected content and creative teams, and oversaw the content approach and creative output to ensure every touchpoint felt like a natural extension of the album campaign.

'Kese' Dance Challenge Campaign

Worked closely with dancers and creators to develop the choreography behind the Kese Dance Challenge, identifying talent, commissioning participants, and guiding the creative development of the routines.
 

Through ongoing collaboration and refinement, the challenge evolved into a viral social movement across TikTok and Instagram, with fans and creators across Africa recreating the choreography and sharing their own interpretations of the dance.

ROLE: CREATIVE DIRECTOR AND CONTENT STRATEGY

At the heart of Morayo's visual identity was a photograph of Wizkid's late mother, whose memory inspired and gave the album its name. The image became a foundational creative reference, informing the project's colour palette, typography, graphic language, and wider art direction.

Working across the development of the album's visual world, I commissioned and coordinated key creative contributors, facilitated collaboration between teams, and provided creative and project oversight throughout the process. My role focused on helping shape, align, and implement a cohesive visual identity that could be carried consistently across artwork, campaign assets, press imagery, content, and live activations throughout the Morayo era.
